The following list of Czech occupations was compiled by Tom and Marie Zahn, and published in the March 1997 (Volume 9 Number 1) issue of Nase rodina "Our Family", newsletter of the Czecholslovak Genealogical Society International, St. Paul, Minnesota. The list is comprehensive and well-researched. Five of their sources are shown at the end of the list. "Rolnik," "Sedlak" and the Others - A paper by Ivan Dubovicky, Charles University Prague Rocenka, Vol. 5 2002 includes heavy-duty articles on social levels and farming. Nase Rodina's Sept.
